This policy explains how you can return or exchange products purchased from Maara Shop (SAS).

Return Period

You may return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product retains its original appearance, properties and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, within 14 days of our receipt and acceptance of the returned product.

Purchases via Marketplace

If the product was purchased through a marketplace, the return is processed according to the rules of that marketplace. You can review the product listing at our online shop.
